For Singapore Orders:  

All orders for delivery in Singapore come with free express delivery.  

For International Orders:  

Please find reference flat shipping rates below:

Malaysia - $20.00 SGD  

Rest of Asia and Australia - $30.00 SGD  

Rest of the World - $50.00 SGD  

Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of placing it.  

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email or a Shipping Update email by then, simply reach out to us at hey@getcrystalskin.com with your order number, and one of our customer care representatives will assist you.  

For orders in Singapore, delivery will be within 3 working days.  

If you want to receive your Crystal Skin Pro™ urgently, we offer an expedited delivery option which delivers within 1 working day. Order before 3pm for same-day delivery (excluding weekends & PH).*  

For international orders, please refer below for the estimated shipping duration:  

Malaysia - 7 to 10 working days  

Rest of the World - 10 to 14 working days  

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with all your shipping details so that you may be up to date with the progress of your shipment.  

We ship from our warehouse in Singapore.

International duties and taxes  

International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.  

If you placed your order within the last 1 hour, it is possible for you to make changes to your order.
