At Crystal Skin, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality products you’ll love, which is why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we’ll issue a full refund, minus a processing fee*, using your original payment method.

Please be aware that all returns must meet the following criteria:

• Products must be returned in their original condition.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• For Crystal Skin Pro returns, all additional accessories included in the bundle must also be returned in their original condition.

We ask that products be returned in their original state to ensure a smooth refund process.

Additionally, please package items carefully for transit to prevent damage. Crystal Skin reserves the right to refuse returns if products are received in damaged or unsatisfactory condition.

Our 30-Day return policy does not apply to sale, promotional, or gift-with-purchase items.

To return your order, please use a ‘Tracked’ service, as we can only process refunds for products returned to us, and we are not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duty fees unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are not included in the processing fee.


How do I initiate a return?

To start a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at hey@crystalskin.com, and a customer care representative will assist you with the process.

When reaching out, please include your order number and photos of the items you wish to return. Our team will provide further guidance.


Processing fee for returns

A flat processing fee of $30 will apply to all returns to cover administrative costs.


Refund process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not covered under our 30-Day return policy.


International orders

Our 30-Day Return Policy is available for international orders too!

Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duty charges. Return shipping costs are not included in the processing fee unless the return is due to our error.
