Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is one of the most common and reliable permanent hair removal methods worldwide. This technology evolved from clinical use in the 1990s into a home-use version providing salon-quality results. The first-generation home-use IPL handset was introduced in 2018, allowing users to enjoy professional-grade treatments at home.

  X-360 Light™ IPL technology is an upgrade from traditional IPL by offering more precision and efficacy while remaining gentle on the skin. It is safe for home use, does not emit harmful UV rays, and provides a pain-free, effective hair removal solution.
  

1. Shave: Use the Glass Skin Shaver to trim the area to less than 3mm in length.

2. Turn On: Adjust the intensity level, starting from level 1 and increasing as needed.

3. Eye Protection: Wear Lumi Eye Shields during treatment.

4. Treat the Area: Use the flash button or automated mode. Flash each area once, then repeat with the cooling mode activated for comfort. Flash up to three times per area.

5. Turn Off: Switch off the device when not in use.

6. Aftercare: Apply a gentle lotion and sunscreen (SPF 50 or below) when exposed to sunlight.

Crystal Skin Pro™ emits light calibrated to 580nm-1100nm, targeting hair follicles without emitting harmful UV rays. It meets HSA-required standards and is safe for home use. Users should wear Lumi Eye Shields and follow precautions provided in the user manual.

Studies have proven the safety and effectiveness of IPL for hair removal. However, IPL is unsuitable for darker skin tones or tanned skin due to higher melanin levels. Consult your doctor if you’re taking photosensitive medication or have epilepsy.

Crystal Skin Pro™ is designed to be pain-free. Users may feel a mild "rubber band snapping" sensation at higher settings, but the cooling plate soothes the skin after each flash, ensuring comfort even at higher intensity levels. Beginners should start with level 1 and gradually increase.

Crystal Skin Pro™ is safe for use on:

• You can use your handset on ANY parts of your body, including your bikini areas and face as long as the skin tone is suitable (Refer to the skin tone chart below). Just be sure to NOT use it close or directly to your eyes. 

Areas to be avoided are:
Tattoo, large moles and dark birthmarks
Eye area: eyebrow, under eye
Nipple, areola
Labia Minora
Inflamed acne area
Plastic surgery area

Crystal Skin Pro™ is unsuitable for darker skin tones as the melanin may absorb light energy. Refer to the skin tone & hair color chart before purchasing.

International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
